“After the horrific killings of American citizens by federal agents, it is clear that Congress must exert its power over DHS and rein in this unchecked agency. Other law enforcement agencies are expected to operate within the bounds of the law to prevent the abuse of power, and ICE must be held to those same standards.

Issues: Congress
