Bipartisan Solutions to Lower Your Costs and Taxes. You shouldn’t have to pay some of the highest taxes in the nation. That’s why I’m leading a bipartisan bill to cut taxes for middle class Long Islanders. Fully restoring the state and local tax deduction lowers costs and makes mortgages more affordable.

Bipartisan Solutions to Keep Long Island Families Safe. I worked with Republicans and Democrats to pass the HALT Fentanyl Act, which gives law enforcement the tools to get fentanyl off our streets. I’m also pushing to secure over $1 million in new federal funding for our local police departments to help fight and prevent crime, as well as hire more police officers.

Bipartisan Solutions to Secure Our Border. It’s time for an approach that finally fixes our broken immigration system while ensuring our border is strong and secure. I’m proud to lead the bipartisan Dignity Act, which would provide increased federal investment to secure our border while providing a pathway for law-abiding immigrants to pay taxes and remain with their families through work and good conduct.
