Rep. Gillen Statement on House Passage of Government Funding Bill

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, Congresswoman Laura Gillen (NY-04) released the following statement:
“Americans are counting on Congress to work together to prevent insurance premiums from skyrocketing for millions of people. Nassau County families cannot afford this cruel indifference to their financial hardships.

“The spending bill passed today does nothing to prevent hardworking Long Islanders from being priced out of their health care. I voted no.”
